Eligibility for Refunds:
- Time Frame: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a refund or exchange.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

Non-Returnable Items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following items:
- Custom-made products and personalized items
- Halloween items after the season ends
- Clearance sale items
Refund Process:
- Contact Us: To initiate a return or refund, please email us at support@akoe.online.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
- Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items: If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item, please email us at support@akoe.online.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your order.
