Eligibility for Refunds:

  • Time Frame: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a refund or exchange.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following items:
    • Bodysuits, custom-made products, and personalized items
    • Halloween items after the season ends
    • Clearance sale items

Refund Process:

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return or refund, please email us at info@theluckyenoughstore.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
  3. Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item, please email us at info@theluckyenoughstore.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
